COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to introduce the student to theory, skill development, and knowledge of multiple activities that can be enjoyed throughout one’s lifetime. Students will learn the knowledge and skills essential for participation in lifetime activities. More specifically the students will learn the fundamentals of team sports.

UNIFORM:
-Students will come to school in their P.E. uniform.
-P.E. uniform consist of grey P.E. shirt and red P.E. shorts/sweat pants.
-Students must wear complete P.E. uniform with solid black or white rubber shoes.
